   Proposal Description:
   Amongst patients with clinical diagnoses of Parkinson's Disease Dementia and      Dementia with Lewy bodies, we are interested in any clinical differences          between patients ultimately found to have pure diffuse Lewy body pathology as     compared to patients with heterogeneous neuropathological findings.  Specific     clinical characteristics which may be different include disease onset,            behavioral symptoms, neurological exam (motor) findings, or neuropsychological    scores.
